Is my birth data public on Shaogn?
No. Charts you cast remain tied to your session or account unless you choose to share them. Shaogn does not publish birth data in a public directory.
Does Shaogn sell personal data?
No. Shaogn does not sell birth data, contact details, or order history to data brokers or unrelated advertisers.
Who can see data I submit for a consult?
Consult intake is reviewed by Shao Clan I Ching Academy team and authorized staff needed to deliver the service. It is not used to train unrelated public “AI fortune” models.
Do I need an account for free charts?
No. You may cast without signing in. Optional accounts help sync history and manage shop orders.
How do payment processors handle my card data?
Card numbers are processed by third-party payment providers. Shaogn stores order metadata, not full card details, on its servers.
How do I delete my Shaogn account?
Contact Shaogn with the Account topic and the email on your profile. Some order records may be retained where law or accounting rules require.
