Refund Policy
Refund eligibility at Shaogn (邵剛說易經) depends on product type: unused physical goods may qualify within the stated window, while digital unlocks are limited once delivered. Private consults and live academy services follow the intake terms agreed at booking.
Physical shop goods
Inspect parcels promptly and keep packaging when possible.
- Report damage or wrong items with photos within 7 days of delivery
- Unused items in original condition may be returnable after case review
- Return shipping may be required unless Shaogn sent the wrong item
- Custom or personalized goods may be non-returnable unless defective
Digital products & courses
Because digital content unlocks immediately in My Account, refunds are generally unavailable after access is granted — unless required by applicable law or Shaogn confirms a platform access failure on its side.
If you cannot access purchased content, contact Shaogn with the Shop topic and your order number before requesting a chargeback.
Consults & live services
Private BaZi, marriage chart, Feng Shui, and naming consults booked through Shao Clan I Ching Academy may have cancellation windows stated at intake.
Rescheduling is preferred over refunds when Master Shao Gang’s team has already reserved calendar time. Contact with the Consult topic as early as possible.

Can I refund a digital course after it unlocks?
Generally no, because content is delivered immediately. Exceptions apply where law requires or Shaogn verifies an access failure.
Are free chart tools refundable?
Free BaZi and related online tools do not involve purchase refunds. Paid shop items and consults follow this policy.
What if my package never arrived?
